I loved the message of this story because it conveyed how important it is to just stay true to yourself! The illustrations carry through the message of being true to yourself -- such as when the sister (who loves Halloween) is dressed in her Halloween costume and smiling by her scary pumpkin and the boy (who doesn't like Halloween) is not dressed in a costume, but is smiling next to his not-scary pumpkin. We have a large range of acrylics, Perspex, that come in a huge ranger of colour that include silver and coloured mirror. It's pumpkin season, and we follow a pumpkin who dares to be themselves and hopes someone will pick them just the way they are - even when the other pumpkins tauntingly tell them they won't.
